I have just found out that I am 5 weeks pregnant. I have a low abdominal ache on my left hand side. It feels like period pain as when I am due on I get exactly the same pain on the same side. Can anyone help me and tell me what it could be as I am very worried about it.

You need to see your doctor. It could be an ovarian cyst, or something else.

Don't worry, it may be the ovary that is feeding the pregnancy at this early stage
