Narcissus, I don't think there was a specific name given to the tests my son underwent. He's going to be five in February, and they spent a couple days at his daycare filming him and talking to him to see his reaction in different situations. We saw the videotape later and from what I could see he was the same way he is at home. They looked at how he interacted with the other kids, and a physiotherapist did some other things with him. Balance, coordination, motor skills, cognitive stuff. He's fine in the physical department, but the word problems gave him trouble :(. But that could also be because he's bilingual, I don't know. Thanks for thinking of us! I'll also pray that Aja eases a bit up on you!

NArcissus, lmao!!! You are so funny! I can relate to all that! My bay girl does the same thing. She has to have the remote. She flips channels while I am watching tv, turns it off, etc. Eventually it finds it's way to her mouth. She is a mess! Now her thing is touching her little what-not when I am changing her. Same thing when I give her a bath. As soon as I get her naked, there that little hand goes!

Ewww, stinky! I have been giving him the remotes, phones and stuff w/ the hope that he finds them less intriguing. He wants whatever he can't have. Now it's the friggin mouse. He acutally wants to use the computer!

Her too! I can't sit at the computer with her in my lap....she tries to type. I have a question for you....when you first gave Aja solid food did he make faces like it was the wost thing he ever tasted??? My baby girl makes a bitter face and throws her hands about...I know it's cruel but I can't help but laugh at her.

Yes, Aja still makes the yucky, this is gross face with everything, unless it's sweet. I also find his bad behavior funny. I hope he does not catch on. I turn away to laugh. Oh, he was so humble today...He fell in his crib and bit his tongue, and it drew blood. He was in shock that he finally got hurt and tasted his own blood!

2 Narcisuss....poor little man. I am not looking forward to my little one tumbling or busting her head on stuff. I am either gonna pad everything or make her wear a helmet 24-7. How old is Aja? Is he trying to walk yet??? My little one is gonna skip the whole crawl deal and go straight to walking. She is ruthless!

Heavenly I think my son is going to do the same thing. He is almost sitting up and he can't even roll over from back to stomach yet. I don't think he wants to go in the proper order. Unfortunately, bumped heads and bruised knees are on the menu for all toddlers. Maybe I could pad my Danny so that he never hurts himself. Yeah, I'll do it until he reaches college. *wishful thinking*

TC, my son took a long time to roll over as well. It's the fatty in them.... Also, my Dr Sears book states that babies with easy tempermants take their time with milestones, while the opposite babies reach these milstones sooner, due to discontent. Heavenly, love the helmet idea:) LMAO!! Please post some photos if you do that!!

Well, Danny sure is a fatty. He rolls from stomach to back but not all of the time. He better start rolling around soon or I think I might start getting worried.
