Anyone Know If This Works

My daughter has really bad gas at night and is in a lot of pain. My grandma told me to try putting a drop of peppermint extract in an once of water. Has anyone heard or tried this?

I haven't tried that, but when my daughter has gas I give her simethicone drops. They're usually in the same aisle as tums, and they work really well.

Peppermint is an amazing tool for getting rid of gas. As a matter of fact I am drinking some peppermint tea right now because I had some gas pain that would not come out. Needless to say it is alllll coming out. Good thing my husband is sleeping. LOL!!!!

My Mom used to take a peppermint candy and dissolve it in water, when my brother was a baby and had gas! I'm glad I'm not the only other one to hear this remedy! I haven't tried it myself, but she swears by it!
