www.onesmallchild.com has some cute dresses. That is where we got our baby girl's dress for when she is blessed. I know they have some other dresses besides christening gowns in the baby dresses or infant dresses section.

Thanks everyone, I know I do not have to give an explanation but here is one as to why I am putting her in a pageant... I was in one and only one when I was a baby. I still have my crown and trophy and cherish it to this day. My mom had my dress put in a shadow box for me and I think it is very neat. I am planning on doing the same for Amaya. We are going to go dress shopping Tuesday afternoon with my mother. I will let you all know how it goes!

The pageant is tomorrow! We ended up getting a dress at Baby Depot and only spent like $20. The shoes socks hair bow and accessories were more than the dress itself! I am so excited as well as nervous. Since Hurrican Rita (I think) is coming we are expecting an 80% chance of rain. I dont know my way around the town that the pageant is in very well and not sure if I will be able to find the place it is! I am so excited and Amaya loves her dress. She loves putting it on and laughs and laughs when we put it on her. I think it tickles!

Oh, my God!!!! How cute is Amaya in her dress!!!!! You must be very proud that she won Princess! I love the picture of her with just her diaper on and her crown! Priceless! What a good baby to not even cry during the pageant! How were the other babies? Did they cry lots? Great pictures! Stephanie, you have a very sweet little girl!

A couple of them did cry, it was a very small pageant, well the crowd was pretty big but there werent actually that many contestants. The little girl that won queen laughed the whole time, she as a real cutie! I was afraid that if Amaya didnt win first place I would get my feelings hurt but I actually didnt. I was happy for the other little girl and I think she deserved it! (I know Amaya got second because of her looks not her att_tude! lol j/k)
