OK .. being a first time mom and having such a perfect baby (aren't they ALL perfect), I LOOOVE taking pictures of my baby. My boyfriend tells me that when I take pictures of her I shouldn't use the flash because someone from his work told him it's really bad for the baby's eyes. If I don't use the flash the pictures turn out all blurry. It's not like I go right up to her face when I take the pictures, but is it true that the flash is bad for babies? I want to keep taking pictures of her, but not if it's going to hurt her eyes in any way. Has anyone else heard anything about this??

I have heard that but my doctor said take as many as you can. You can go see my baby. www.amayajayne.com we started taking pictures the day she was born and they were up close so I think it is fine, she is almost 6 months now and has no eye problems or anything.
