OTTAWA — The Canadian Food Inspection Agency and Nestle Canada are warning the public not to consume one production lot code of Nestle Baby Rice Cereal -- Add B--t Milk or Formula.
Some packages may contain pieces of plastic capable of causing injury.
The affected product is packaged in a 227-gram format with the expiry date 2006.
No other products and sizes are affected by this alert and there have been no reported injuries associated with the consumption of this product.
