Well I got the Walmart Black Friday flyer and even though Emma's only 6 wks old, I already want to buy her every Fisher Price toy that's in there and on line!!! I love the dinosaur deal and the hippopotamus riding thing that gulps up cubes but of course she's too little but I can see myself buying them anyway. I also saw on Walmart's website they have a Radio Flyer riding horse for 6 mo and older but only available on line. I wonder why they're not in the stores? It's so cute! I have a zebra one for her I got at a rummage sale that's soft like a stuffed animal. I just can't wait till she's big enough to play with all this stuff! Probably cus I wanna play with it just as bad. Ha ha!

I love all the fun toys out there, too! I think it's very fortunate that we live in a society where most of us can provide our children with more than just the "essentials"- it's a lot of fun to splurge on our babies!

i was always a big clothes fan too LOL...my daughter had so much clothing, from newborn to 24months that i sold my stuff to a store for 500$!!!! she had enough clothing for triplets!!! lol.so i thought i would get smaret with my second- (son) BUT i didnt he has like 30-40outfits in each sizes plus pyjas (and i have always been strong on my kids wearing onesies under clothing, to keep them extra warm in the winter) well they had about 20-30onesie in each size. every outfit has matching socks. and shoes! my family almost bit my head off, when they were seeing all this stuff. as this summer i made a garage sale in june to try and sell my sons newborn to 18month clothing !!!!!!!! thank god i didnt sell much, as i got pregnant LOL iam 14weeks! but my daughter is 3yrs old, and she has about 40outfits to wear, and 25pairs of shoes and about 10 sets of camisoles with underwears. my son has just as much. LOL i hope i have a girl this time around...so i can go girl cloth shopping, as i sold all her stuff LOL LOL...but if its a boy, iam certain ill find some pieces that need to be replacedLOLLOL....oh well!!!! baby/toddlers dont stay young long, and i want to enjoy my time dressing them up, as when tehy reach 5-6yrs old they want to wear and dress themselves LOL my daughter already started that. lol

My baby is due any day now, and I can see myself in this situation. I've been good so far avoiding the temptation, but fear it will be too much once she is here! I'm not worried about the toys, as I'm not into toys, and dog would probably get them, but clothes will be a temptation--I'll have to try to stick to Goodwill-type stores for bargains, as most baby clothes are barely used anyways. I am going to stay at home, so that at least will help me to avoid splurging too much--budget won't allow it! I agree, spoiling doesn't really start until the child is aware they are getting what they want, when they want....babies haven't a clue, but bad habits can start when they're young, so be careful! Have fun Christmas shopping!

SHOP SHOP SHOP - November 24

That way when your kid grows out of its barely worn clothes and toys. I can pick it up at a fraction of the cost on ebay or garage sale.

Sorry SHOP, but Kodi has a cousin on the way so anything that gets too small goes to him or her what they cant use will go to someone else. There is always someone having a baby to give stuff away.
