Eight Month Old NOT EATING

For the last few days my daughter has not been the slightest bit interested in food. Usually she eats cereal and either veggies or fruit three times a day. Earlier in the week I couldn't feed her enough and now I'm running around like an idiot trying to find something she will eat. I asked her doctor about it and he said not to worry unless she has a fever(she doesn't) but it's totally freaking me out!! She is still br___tfeeding so I know she won't starve but how long does this last? I can get a little bit of chicken br___t or steak into her but not much and it takes forever for her to chew it up enough to swallow so meals end up taking 30-45 mins. She's otherwise happy as a clam.

If she is happy as a little clam, I wouldn'y worry too much. Dr. agreed with you. My 8 month old has "hungry days" then not so hungry days. Then one day he'll have an extra hungry day!! So unpredictable! Anyway, if she is doing ok and at least having milk, I'm sure the appet_te for solids will come back.

Exactly my baby, I just posted that she is very interested in solids and wanted to know what new foods that I can give her. And now she is hating the very food that she loved. far past couple of days she eats hardly half a spoon cereal. I have tried different things. she gets excited on seeing her bowl and sppon and eats the first few times enthusiastically. but then she starts playing and ignoring :)

my girl EXACTLY. she liked baby food for a whole week at 6 months, then went on strike. Refused to eat anything till she was 10 months old. All she wanted to do was nurse, so that's what we did, and she never looked or acted starved. She'll be okay...
