Similac is pretty Good my son doesn't have a problem with it. He doesn't spit any up really. My daughter didn't get along with similac back before it became advanced.I changed her to isomil which i think I might try with him come soon cause of his stomach.. Time will tell.. You have to decide which is best for your baby. If he is spitting up a TON then try switching. And by the way the Doc Told me to use the Karo. I forgot about that.

My baby is 12 days old and i am pumping all the milk and giving it to him in a vent air bottle from playtex with the stage 2 nipple.Usually i give him about an ounce and take a break for burping then i change his diaper,go back and feed him some more with little breaks in between and i do try to keep him as upright as possible.when he lays to much he seems to get more air in him.After he is done i burp him having him laying against my chest and i just rub gently on his back until he falls a sleep (usually about 5 minutes after his burp) and if i think he is ga__sy i do give him some drops of mylicon.
