Don't waste your money on hair products. Seriously. I've had hair loss even before I was pg and nothing will work. The best thing you can do is not fret over it and get your hair cut to a shorter lenght and it won't be as noticable. I've read and been told that after giving birth a lot of women's hair will never be as thick as it used to be. That's scary cus I hardly had any to begin with! I'm dreading the post-partum shed!!!! I used to pull tons of hair out before I got pg and now not one hair comes out. I'm just dreading it.

Thanks, Jbear, I live at Walmart so I will check it out(it seems like it LOL). I have long thick hair, so that will help!

I wouldn't recommend spending money on hair products, but I'd definitely recommend going to a hair salon...I thought I was losing hair just because of the pregnancy...but turns out, my hair was matting, tangling, and coming out because there was not enough moisture in my hair and I needed a good deep conditioning protein treatment in my hair. A good conditioner can never hurt your hair....

Just so you know, on average, a person will lose 50 - 150 hairs off their head a day. Nothing to do with pregnancy . Although when pregnant or after, you do seem to lose more. However, if your only losing 50 -150 hairs a day, then there is likely nothing to worry about. Even though losing even only 50 does seem like a lot!
