Can you be pregnant and still be getting regular periods while on the pill? I get my period on scheduale in the "off week" but i feel pregnant like i did with my first. It's making me crazy!! please help.

A friend of mine went the whole 40 weeks with periods, she didn't know she was pregnant untill she went into labour. I have no idea how on earth people wouldn't know!
