So I have about 15 lbs. to lose I gained 40 it has been about 4.5 weeks. I have been doing alot of housework but no real exercise as of now. Anyone have any good plans? I have been eating low fat.

My son is 3 weeks and I can't really exercise until 6 weeks because of a c-section but I plan on picking back up with walking. I walked 3-4 miles a day up until I delivered and plan to go back to that at least 4 days a week as soon as I can (I gained 29 pounds and have 10 to go). I'll bring my son in a jogging stroller and head outdoors soon. There are also so great yoga and pilates dvd's out there that are segmented so that you can do them when you have a chance throughout the day - some you can even do with baby. This might be good if you live in a winter climate where you can't be outside right now. I am also b___stfeeding and eating pretty healthy and so I hope that exercise will help to complete the final weight loss.
