How long should you wait to put a toddler in a booster seat at the table? I'm going to need the highchair for Logan soon.

I don't think there's a fixed age...it depends on the maturity of your child. My daughter stayed in her high chair in the kitchen for a long time because our dining room has carpet and she liked to mush up her food and throw it everywhere. Sometimes the things kids do with their food are so gross it's hard to eat while watching it.

My daughter would always sit at the table at my mums house form the age of about 12 month. Usually I just put a towel down and she sits on that. I hardly use the highchair now. Just when she decides to p__s about. When we go out to eat I sit her at the table. I don't use booster seats with her. She is able to reach the table herself.

i had a good high chair that she got as a gift from her godmom. so when my son came along i wanted to use it, but we didnt have that much room then, so i put him in a booster seat at 11-12month,...he enjoyed being at the table with us. we have moved and have much more room now. i dont know if ill use it with this new baby, i leanred to live without
