I will start off!!! Take some cressant rolls and break where the seams are. Cut up some ham and turkey into chunks, put the chunks on the biggest part of the roll and then layer the whole thing with cheese (I use all different kinds) and then roll up. Bake according to the package and they are soooooooo good! We dip them in mustard!

Winter is here so I amke taco soup, here goes.... 2 lbs ground turkey,1 med onion chopped, dash of salt and pepper,1 can whole kernel corn,2 cans red kidney beans,3 cans stewed tomatoes,1 package taco seasoning,1 package ranch dressing mix dry,2 1/2 cups water. In large cooking pot saute the turkey and onion until tender salt and pepper to taste. add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.Server with corn bread or fritos or tortilla chips. I love winter time this is my favorite recipe. If it is to much to eat it freezes well for 1 month. Hope you all enjoy you should really try this I promise you will like it. I tried it once with regular hamburger and it did not taste right so ground turkey is the way to go. Take care

MMMMmmm. Vegetarian Pasta sauce: 1 can of chick peas (my nickname for my daughter, too! Since she was smaller than a traditional "Paenut"-the name used so oftern, I call her chick pea!..anyway- 1 can of whole tomatoes-both above cans should be same size.... 1/4 teaspoon of each- oregano,Thyme. 1 teaspoon basil and fresh garlic to taste (I use 3 spoons of the pre-minced stuff! 1 small onion and salt and pepper to taste. Place all abouve ingredients into blender. place tomatoes first, the juice keeps the mix from getting 'stuck' in the blender. Then place mix into pot and warm on stove. Pour over fav pasta and enjoy! MMMMMmmmmm!

My favorite - pork tenderloin; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. (Just use "some") - put in gla__s pan; pour maple syrup over the top, then sprinkle brown sugar. Cover, bake at 375 for 1 hour or til pork is cooked. About halfway through, spoon liquid from bottom of pan over the top of the tenderloin.
