How long after birth did you wait to have s_x???

I had a normal delivery with no st_tches, and we waited till I stopped bleeding, which from memory was about 4 weeks. It wasn't the greatest, but it got better gradually.

3weeks. my episiotomy healed really fast even with third degree tears despite a cut!

9 weeks, I bled for awhile and my episiotomy was painful and personally, I don't think it ever healed right. It's been almost 11 months since I've had my son and it still hurts to have s_x every once in awhile...my doctor said I healed fine though. I think once your ready to start having s_x again, go for it.

3 weeks. My episiotomy was for the most part healed and I had quit bleeding.

my dr said 6 weeks-i thought this was the norm. i personally don't want to any sooner. i also had an epiotomy.

I waited three weeks. at first it was a little uncomfortabe. Now, it is wonderful! It is so much better than before.
