When we prepare bottles with similac, we're amazed at the foam it makes when we shake it.... does that happen to you as well ? Is teher a way to get rid of these bubbles ? My baby has enough gas already !

We switched to enfamil, we find it's less bubly and disolves better. If that's not an option for you one way is to shake it in a different bottle then when you pour it to the feeding one, just do it slowly and hold the foam in the end.

Thats the same formula I use, and yes, it foams lots! I usually just mix up a huge batch in a big container, stir it with a spoon, then pour it into bottles, and refrigerate it. Then at feeding time, I warm it up, and only have to shake it a little. Minimizes the bubbles!
