This may sound like a stupid question. My son began cereals a few weeks ago and I'm supposed to start giving him vegtables tomorrow. My question is do I still feed him the cereal? What vegtables do I start him on? How much do I feed him at each feeding? I'm so confused!!!

Keep going with the cereal and start with any vegi or fruit. Use the same vegi or fruit all week, and then the following week change to a new one. This way if he has an allergic reaction you can narrow it down to what may have caused it. You will know when he has had enough. He will spit more out and look less into the eating. For breakfast I use to mix a fruit in with the cereal and vegis and fruit at lunch/ dinner and cereal right before bed.

great ones to start with are pureed sweet pot, banana, and avacado. there's a book called Super Baby Food that you can get for about 10 dollars on Amazon and it's great. Goes thru what to give at what age...

I started with the green vegies first, then moved to like carrots and sweet potatoes once we were sure he could handle the others.
