My daughter has been sleeping through the night since she was 2 months she now almost 5 months and for the last 2 weeks she's been getting up at 3 am and fussing I give her sucky and she goes back to sleep but only for a few minutes and up again she does this several times.I fed her at 4am to see if this helped but it'd still hit and miss just wondering if anyone has some advice as to whats going on with her she was such a good sleeper before.I'm getting really tired and fustrated I don't know whats up with the sudden change. We follow the same routine as we always have.

my daughter was the same way. she slept from 10 pm till 9 am every day until she hit about 4 months- that wasy when teething started and she moved from that newborn stage to an infant- so that means more night time feedings when she wants them and her being able to decided what she wants and dont. soon enought your little one will be hitting the toddler stage and be up and running all day instead of wanting to sleep. its all apart of true motherhood. we just got lucky for the first few months!

Well last night was the same again up alot I gave her cereal at bedtime but that made no difference I go in give her the sucky and she goes back to sleep but only to wake an hour or a few minutes later.I don't see any teeth and she doesn't seem to be in pain so I don't know what to do to get her back on track,I guess I just keep doing what I'm doing and hope it will get back to normal soon.

Kerry I have the exact same problem. My daughter is 4.5 months and every night at 4am she wakes up... I feed her but she does not want to go back to sleep till like 6am. She just wants to play!!! I'm so exhausted! I've tried giving her the cereal right at bedtime but that doesn't seem to help either. So, we're in the same boat... keep me posted.
