I do not have an answer, however share the same question. If you could let me know what the doctors say to you as well, I will tell you what our doctor says.

It seems many of us are searching for the same answer....why do our babys feet and hands sweat so much? This is my second child and my daughter did not have this condition. However, my son is 3 months old and with in the past few weeks I've noticed his feet and hands are sweaty. I began searching the web to find out what if anything it means and came across this web site. My next doctor app. isn't until the end of Sept. so if anyone can give some insight into this "sweaty" problem please do so :-).

It's normal for babies to sweat, especially in their sleep. You should of course make sure the baby is comfortable and not overheated by touching and feeling her tummy. Also when you come home from outside, remove hats and extra clothing. Sounds like you're doing what you should anyway.
