Travelling With 10 Week Old

At rhe end of this month, we have to take a 7 hour trip by car for a family function with our 10 week old. Has anyone else done this and are there any rules on how often we have to stop? Please help because i'm very nervous!!!

i took a three hour trip by car with my daughter when she was three weeks old we stopped about 2.5 hours into the trip to eat and feed change her. then we continued on right b4 the return trip home (another 3 hours) we fed and changed her. she started fussing about 15 min. b4 we got home she did seem irritable for a few days after but she was fine. if i had to do it all over again i would have stopped once each way and held her while we were eating and visiting. i would watch babys scedule and if baby eats every 3 hours stop b4 the 3 hours are up and hold the baby the entire time that you are not in the car youll know from your babys cues too if you need to stop have a safe trip
