During my pregnancy I was taking prenatal vitamins, omega 3 oil, and towards the end, red raspberry leaf capsules. What vitamins etc should I be taking now? I still have red raspberry leaf capsules left over, can I still take those? What about omega 3? Would it still help with her brain and eye development? Or just benefit in diffrent ways. Thanks in advance =)

Monica, I've continued to take a multi-vitamin supplement. It's not a post-natal vitamin, just a regular one. I also took iron supplements until about 3 months post-partum, which helped with the lack of proper sleep. You can probably still take the omega 3 oil, it won't hurt you and will probably help prevent any "baby blues" which may arise. That's just what I've heard. :)

I noticed after I stopped taking the omega 3 my skin looked like c___p. I started taking them again and it looks better. Omega 3 does have benefits ofr the mommy too, not just for the developing baby. CEM is right, it is supposed to be helpful with baby blues, physical and metal degenerative disease too. It supposed to be good for a whole list of things.

I see there is another monica here...I am monica mommy to caleb... I am still taking my prenatal. I noticed that I feel sick and tired if I dont.
