I'm starting to seriously consider it as well, especially after my son gave my 5 month old a piece of bell pepper yesterday. He choked a bit, and for a moment I felt totally freaked out and useless. It wasn't fun. Luckily he coughed it up himself. But I keep thinking maybe next time I won't be so lucky :(.
