just looked at the growth charts at http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/about/major/n-hanes/growthcharts/clinical_charts.ht-m- my 5 month old is higher than the lines on the chart for length (they highest they go is 97% she is about 75% for weight currently 20 pounds and 27 inches but the extra weight comes in with the extra lenght she is totally heath so dont worry

my taylor was 8lbs 7 oz at birth... 12 lbs at 2 months, 14 lbs at 4 months, 16 lbs at 6 months.
