my daughter is 9 weeks old, and for the past 2 nights at around 7 o'clock she pulls a crying fit for about 15-30 minutes. I don't know what this is? Could it be colic? I thought colic was if your baby cries for more than 3 hours continuesly...please help

my son does the exact same thing and the doctor told me it's perfectly normal for them to have a fussy time during the day

Sounds more like a fussy time. Colic generally consists of many hours of inconsolable crying, appearing to be in pain etc. It usually begins around 2 weeks, peaks at 6 weeks and gets gradually better and is supposed to disappear by 12-16 weeks. I wish my son only fussed for 15-30 min per day!!!LOL
