my original due date was Aug. 2 but he made his grand entrance on July 26, my birthday is August 6.....I almost thought me and my son could of shared birthdays.

My due date was August 2nd too! She came a week late, lol! She weighed 8 lbs, 1 oz. The delivery was rough because I have a small frame and she has a big head like her daddy! But it was worth it!

T. my delivery was very hard too. I have a small frame too but 20 lbs of extra fat on me right now. But my son had a small head....and yes all worth every single contraction and tear.

Did you guys have any pain meds? Or natural. Thank goodness Lucas had a small head, I went natural.

Oh my goodness! You are so brave. I had an epidural! It hurt so bad after my midwife broke my water. I had to be induced. I I can't imagine doing it without the epidurla! Plus, I had complications, so I probably wouldn't have been able to handle the delivery natural!

if you are induced you will need an epidrual...with my first i was induced and had an epidural. but with my second the epidural did not work...i felt everything and it was so painful... caleb was so stubborn and just gave contractions but would not come out.....it was a long labor that started on Saturday morning and he finally decided to come out on tuesday at 6 pm.

Oh wow, that's a long labor! Mine lasted from about 8 am to 6 pm. I would've had her sooner, but her head was the wrong way and the doctor had to use the vacuum to turn her head. And I had an episiotomy. Youch! She inhaled maconium during the delivery, so they rushed her out and I didn't get to see her until the next day. She ended up staying in the hospital for a week, which seemed like a month!

hey!! i don't know if this counts but today when i put my 7 week old girl on her belly on a blanket on the floor she rolled onto her side, started crying because she was done with floor time, and then kinda fell on her back! i'm not sure if this counts as rolling over but i got excited hehe.

Go Lucas!!!!!!! That is so exciting! He is going to take off from here...get ready!

I know, I was so excited he did it, but pretty soon I'll be chasing him everywhere!
