to jaime...I am not white but somehow I like him white.....to TC I think Macy's might have him there...or on a street corner...I dont know....If BBK was around he would help you since I think he lives were you do.

Jamie - December 9

I always picture him as caucasian, too..dunno why. Anyway, I got Renity's picture taken with Santa today. She did wonderfully.

I thought Caleb was going to cry but he didnt....he actually looks mad though. He would not smile for nothing.

TC - December 9

I am not white either, but I just think that he should be. On another note, there will be no pictures of Santa and my son. I did not think that my dh would have had a problem with it but he does. I was not going to tell my son that Santa existed, I just wanted a first Christmas picture with him and Santa. I though that it was cute. My dh does not agree. Sooooo, no Santa pictures :(

TC, why the opposition to Santa? Here's a link to Renity with him...http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b68/justjyd/000_0051.jpg Delete all dashes, leave the underscore between 000 and 0051.jpg

I just was not big on lying to my son. I want him to know that Mommy & Daddy or whoever bought you these gifts bc they loved him. My mom did not tell us about Santa. Instead she told us about Jesus (sorry if this offends anyone) and about grat_tude during Christmas time. She even had us "donate" one of our gifts to the less fortunate. I hated that part bc it took me some time to really want to donate anyhing. And, it really was not a donation but more of a demand. Too confusing.

TC - December 9

Awww Jamie. Renity looks too cute. Is that a mall Santa holding her or a friend of yours?

monica - December 9

TC maybe you are going to think that I am wrong...but my son believes in both. I know silly right??? I am confusing my child. Well he goes to a private Christian school where they have taught him about the birth of Jesus and that is what Christmas is all about. I tell him the same thing but I also tell him about santa and they he will bring him gift if he has been good.....cant help it.

TC - December 9

No Monica, I do not think that you are wrong. Do whatever works for you. To each his own.

to jamie from ally - December 9

Hi Jamie, Wanted to send u a quickie msg here, been trying to email or catch up with them but i am copping scandals this morning, its meant to be her sleep time, your daughter is a cutie, who is holding her by the way, love the eyes. anyhow when i get time i will register and when i get time i will also scan her santa pic hah, talk to u later and thanks again for the pic

Jamie - December 10

TC, I can understand and respect that; I'm going to teach Renity about Jesus, too, but I can't bring myself to take the magic out of Christmas by leaving out Santa. I think that's the best part of childhood. The Santa in the picture is a guy from DH's unit. Thus far, everyone who's seen that picture think he's really cute...I'm gonna have a giggle when I tell him that! And, Ally, the guy holding her in the picture I sent you is my DH. I promise, he's NOT 12, he just looks it!! LOL

TC - December 10

OMG Jamie does your dh look young too? I love when my dh has a beard so he can look like I am NOT robbing the cradle.

Jamie - December 10

LOL - the first time I introduced him to my family, my parents asked him if he was old enough to drive...he was 22!!! LOL...he looks older with facial hair, but has to stay clean-shaven cause of the military.
