I'm 4cm dilated... and I keep seeing my mucous plug... sometimes it's alot... and sometimes it's light... Does this mean it can be any day?! I'm 39 weeks as of today... I found out that I was 4cm this past Tuesday...

4 cm is actually considered active labor they usually break water at this point so basically you are a walking time bomb. But your mucus plug should come out all at one time, If it is liquid you may be leaking amniotic fluid or it might just be normal mucus. I would ask the dr. about that, but yes at that far you are close.

Hello PhilaJenn, I'm 39 weeks today too!!! I wish I was 4cm!! I'm 1cm and 75%effaced as of last friday, and baby has dropped quite a bit. I've been losing my plug for about 2 weeks now, little by little. Well I hope you go into labor soon, keep us posted!! Are you having a boy or girl? Is this your first??
