Well I am about to be a first time Grandma, I went with my daughter to the dr today her due date is tomorrow April 10. She has had no contractions, when she was checked today we were suprised to hear she is dialated to 2 and 80% effaced. I know that you can be dialated for a while but I was wondering about being 80%effaced, that seems like quite a bit. I told her hopefully that means she might not be in labor quite as long, although I don't really know, just tryin to make her feel better, how long do you all think it will be before I am a Grandma?
