Am I Going To Go Into Labor

I'm 17 and this is my first baby. I have been having terrible cramps and back pain that make it difficult for me to even sit up. I have had diarreah frequently. My cervix has softened, but still closed. I'm 39 weeks. When is this going to take place?

The pains and cramps are normal now.. I am 36 weeks so I have a little longer to go than you but consider this.. your baby has very little space and may be laying on a nerve. as far as labor goes I really don't know.. but try warm baths to help soothe the pains. Hope this helps some. Good Luck!
