Am I In Labor 2nd Pregnancy

Im 37 weeks and having strange symptoms, this is my second pregnancy and Ive totally forgot the symptoms. I had a FST done last week that confirmed I was having contractions (BH) however, they felt like nothing to me but mid cramping. Since yesterday it seems like something has changed, I feel extreme pressure in my back when walking and it feels like a bowling ball is between my legs. I had white strands and a clump of mucous this morning that came out. I also have had solid cramping that does not stop, it feel like period pains in lower abdomen and in back but constant and it hurts.... can anyone help..

It sounds to me like you've probably lost your mucous plug. Call your OB's office and speak with one of the nurses, they can probably help more than i can, i'm on my second but i didn't have a normal delivery, my water broke broke with no other progress. Anyways, call the nurse and they may bring you in to the office to moniter you for conractions. Hope i was able to help?!
