Some ppl have bowel movements during birth. I dont think u can really avoid it tho, it just happens.... Just that is most womens fear is for it to happen..

U dont always get an enema, I heard that they dont do it as often anymore.. U can try to request it, but I hear that it usually isnt a regular process anymoire.. 2 of my closest friends and relatives had a bowel mocement during birth..so..??

I heard it was common but they dont say anything about it , you might not even notice. they'll just clean it up discretely
