Baby Movement Amp Labor

I know this has probably been asked a billion times....I'll admit I'm just too lazy to scroll thru all the really old posts - but, my question is this: should you be feeling the baby move up until when you go into labor, or do they slow down, or stop? I would very much like to think that I'm going to go into labor soon - but my baby is still very active!!

I have heard that a lot too. With my son who was born 12wks ago i did feel less movement for about 2days before he was born, but with my 1st 2 children i didnt feel any difference in movements, they still moved heaps. The midwife told me that the baby may move less because they are storing all their energy for the big day.
