I just started to get really bad back pain. Im due anytime now. And I was wondering if I could use a hot water bottle to try to ease the pain?

Oh I think you might have back labor. Go to the hospital to get a check up for dilation or something..if not than they might have to break your water..hun, hot water bottle or ice pack doesnt help..tried that and it doesnt do nothing but gets worse..go to the H.

i agree with Channy...you might be expericing back pain so i would go to the hospital asap!!! Good luck and keep us updated!!
