Colostrum

I'm 31 weeks and when my nipples are squeezed colostrum comes out of them...It is like a golden color. Is this an indication that I will be able to produce more mature milk after birth?

I'd say you'll have no problem producing milk, in fact colostrum is the healthiest milk in some ways, it has many vitamins and antibodies your baby needs after birth. a__suming you're planning to b___stfeed, your body will keep producing milk and adjust to make more or less as the baby needs it.

what do you mean by more mature? most likely you will still produce colostrum for the first few days before your milk comes in. the colostrum serves a purpose, you don't want your baby to miss out on it.
