HiYa, yeah I've had the same problem today but not sure if its a bug or pregnancy related? I'm 37 weeks preg in 2 days so is a little early to be in labour, but I've had really bad diarrhoea today and nausea. I've checked a few websites and they've said that it could be due to a change in pregnancy hormones round about this time? I hope it is not early labour as I still have another week or work to go!!!

Hi, That is how my body had acted before I had my first 2 babies. The third I was induced. I am scheduled to be induced tomorrow. I woke at 4 am with diarrhea, nausea. I do not have an appet_te. I was told it is your body cleaning itself out before delivery. Good Luck.

Hi laurabb, how many weeks were you with your first two babies when this happened?

I had the same thing about a week ago but no labor yet I was due 7/6 I'm suppose to be induced on Monday the 10th

Hi Lauraloo I was 39 weeks with first and 37/1 with 2nd. My body acted like I had the flu for a day and then I went into labor. Good Luck. I am off to the hospital!

Hi, I have had diarreha for 3 days. I am due tommorow and my doc did a membrane sweep wednesday. I lost my mucus plug thursday and have been spotting since thursday with contractions getting down to 6 minutes apart, but they wont stay consistant and I have tried every thing to get myself to go besides the castor oil which I am not much on.I have all the signs of impending labor, but this little guy just dosen't want to leave his nest! I was scheduled for an induction on Monday the 10th, but now I have to go back to the doc on Thursday for another checkup if he hasn't arrived by then so i guess i'll just have to wait and see till then, but until then I am gonna do a lot of walking! I did, but not untill i got to the hospital. I was already like.. 5 cm dialated and having HARD contractions

I had a bad case of diarrhea last night. So far nothing for me. However with my first i had diarrhea the night before my water broke. I had it that evening and I woke up at 2am and my water broke.

I think I have had mild diarrhea almost everyday for the past week and half. usually I have a regular bowel movement and a couple hours later I have loose stools and severe cramping. It is so strange. I am 38 weeks today, 2cm dilated and 80% effaced. Everyone says something different and I understand how confusing this all is.

I had really bad diarrhea and nausea last night with strong painful contractions that woke me from my sleep at 4 in the morning! After 3 1/2 hours of contractions that were 5 to 15 min apart, they just went away =( All that pain for nothing! It felt like I was going to die. I am 37 weeks 1 day.
