i just sneezed and felt like i wet myself but i had just came back from the bathroom and went to sit down it went completely through my pants...i will i know if i just peed or if it was my water?

if it was your water it should keep leaking, if not it probably wasn't but if you still think it might have been call your doctor just in case.

Um my mum use to kinda 'pee' herself or leak should i say when she sneezed or coughed whilst she was pregnant with my baby sister (who is now 14months old) It also happend a few times to one of my friends too so i think it's normal, but as LeighOH said it should keep leaking when you get up and move around... Or have a huge big gush you cant control... :-) However i'd call the midwife to be safe and see what she says :-)
