I am due in about two weeks, until now I haven't been nervous, all of a sudden I am scared to death. This is kind of a stupid question, but really how bad is labor? Im scared of the pain, bowel movements, EVERYTHING. Any help would be great.

HI I am due in around 4 weeks and not worried at all. This is my second baby.
I found that my first labor went realy wellI. I found that the cramps from 8cm dialated , like bad period cramps in the lower part of my tummy were more painful than the pushing. I think it helps not to stress and worry about what is to come just take it a bit at a time and remember that each cramp or push gets you closser to the end.
I did not have any drugs apart from a bit of gas at the end. Do not worry about bowel movements , I had a small bit, they just wipe it away. They expect it to happen and it does for most women. Just think they have seen it all before to them it is nothing new.
