Fever Should I Call The Dr

I have come done with a horrible chest cold, I have a fever and chest congestion, I am 37 weeks pregnant. Should I call my dr? I have an appointment tommorrow, maybe I should just wait. I was wondering if an illness like this (probably bronchtis SP?) would warrent an induction. Any advice? Thanks

i had a chest cold last week (39 weeks then) and i went into the doctor and they just gave me antibiotics and some cough syrup. but i ddidnt have a fever. If you have a fever you should call ur doc just in case. cause it might be dangerous to the baby .
