Hi my wife is in labor i think her contractions are 10 mins apart

well if they don't go away and they get to 5 minutes apart for an hour, go to labor and delivery.

You need to call your wife's doctor or midwife and let them know what is going on. Usually when cont. are 5 minutes apart or less it is time to go to the hospital. Good luck!
