I have been taking red raspberry leaf tea and also a red raspberry tea leaf combination herbal supplement. The tea I find is helping me sleep better at nights because it is allowing my body to relax as well as I am finding it is stopping my legs from cramping and twitching which is affecting my sleep. The red raspberry supplement I have only been taking for a day and it includes both black and clue cohosh and I am finding that I am having regular contractions every 15 to 20 minutes. I am also finding that the contractions are easier to handle.
