After I urinate I start having lower back pain, then menstrual cramp, then stomach pain that turns in to gas that causes me to flatulence. Is that normal? Are these contractions or just gas pains after urinating?

You might want to be careful.. The back pain could be a sign of an infection. Kidney or uti. I just got over a uti infection and my back hurt constantly but worse after urinating. You might want to get it checked out. Good luck if you do :)
