Is Labor Coming Soon 38weeks Plus 3

8 days ago I went into the Hospital because my contractions were 5 minutes apart, although I was having contractions, I was not yet dilating, but the nurse did say my Cervix was starting to thin and I was sent home.
Contractions have been off and on since then, but in the last couple days I have been extremely fatigued, had a lower backache and cramps similar to menstrual cramps and I have been urinating at least every two hours.
Is True labor coming soon? And if so, how many days? What can I do to speed the process up? (My husband is driving me crazy).
Please give me some answers.

Don't know if I really have any answers, but I just wanted to say it sounds as if you are one of those people who tend to spread early labor out over days. I did that with my daughter as well. But know one can tell you when you will go into labor. But you will go into labor! : )
