Ok maybe someone can help me out there... I am wondering if you can tell if these symptoms are the start of labor or will i go into labor soon. I am 37 weeks...I am having very bad menstral cramps, alot of discharge no color, I am tired more now then i was, went to the doctor last Monday and he said my water was leaking alittle but also have bad pressure and itchy down there? Please someone try to help I can not wait had a very bad pregnancy and just really want it over this is my second first was a breeze this one have been in bed rest since 3 months...thanks

I'm probably not much help, the increase in clear discharge is normal, as is the pressure, I'm a__suming baby probably has dropped... but the itching? I might mention that to your doctor in case you have a yeast infection. I thought you had to have funky discharge with yi's, but my dr told me that sometimes the only clue is itching. As far as the cramping, all I can tell you is that I've been dialated 2-3 cms for over a week now, have lost my plug, effacing and have been having those cramps off and on since Saturday... and noooooo baby. Until they become regular, I think it just means your body is getting ready.

I undertsand you, I have been on bedrest since 29 weeks and am 35 weeks now. I was excited at one point, now I'm just waiting for it to end.I hope this is it for you!!!!!! Signs of labor I'm not too sure of, my first was born 2hours 15 minutes after I got to the hospital, apparently I had been in abor all night and didn't know and with this one I am almost completely effaced due to having contractions of which I was unaware. My doc said I must have a very high tolerance for pain (true I guess) because I should have felt something more than minor discomfort to get ths far.
