If you are already dialting and effacing, but rarely have any pains, are you in early labor? With my first son I was induced and went from 3cm-10cm unless than one hour only, bc i was given a drug to kick start labor. Well with this pregnancy(2nd pregnancy) I am almost 39 weeks, I am dialating 1-2cm and 50% effaced, but if I get up to 3cm could I dialate a lot faster like I did with my first pregnancy? Also I have been having some watery va___al discharge is this normal? Thanks
