(I am almost 39 weeks)I just went to the bathroom and noticed my undies were alittle wet, how can I tell if I am leaking water or urine? Thanks

Kegel exercises are one way to tell. Usually if it is urinary leakage, you can tell by smell and color. If you are leaking amniotic fluid, there is no foul smell. If there is green color a__sociated with fluid than there is a possibility that baby have pa__sed its first set of stools and you should contact your doctor. If it is amniotic fluid leakage, it should continue leaking it either trickle or gush... Hope this helps!
