can someone please tell me more about this evening primrose thing? has it actually worked for anyone? can u get it anywhere like wal-mart or something....and how do u use it!?

i just got it yesterday and i got in at a drug store. its not going to be an oil but softgel pills. go to cvs pr eckerds if you got one and go down the vitamn asle and look for evening primrose oil softgel

oh yea and u can swollow them or put them in v____aly but if you do that do it at night so you dont have any surprises!!! if you know what i mean;)
