Kathryn - June 5 I went to the doctor this past Thursday and he said I was dialated 1 cm and 40% effaced...should I get in a pool...would it be safe?

From what I have heard it is only dangerous to be in a pool or tub when your water breaks.

You should be able to be in the pool with no issues. Some women are 1 cm dialated their entire pregnancy.
