Baby S Dropped And Having Cramping

My baby has dropped and I have been have mild cramping, I am 34 weeks. I go to see my Dr. tomorrow and I am going to ask her to check me to see what is going on down there. Has anyone expeiencing this?? Everyone is telling me " oh your baby has dropped". She has I can tell, this is my 3rd child.

When I go to the bathroom it also feels like she is right there, I am not feeling pressure or anything.

Same thing is happening with me but I'm 30 weeks. I also have bad cramping in my lower back and can feel the baby down there when I pee.
