research says that mental and physical stress can cause early labor. My suggestion is to try a high suspense movie to get your mental stress and adrenaline rush, see if that does the trick. Aside from that, physical stress-but not too hard of work-can do it too. Just be careful and if the movie does anything let us know what you saw!
