I'm being induced tuesday and my courage has plumeted. LOL Can some of you who have been induced before share ur stories with me plz.

I was induced with my first son, the night before I was really sick and couldnt eat a thing, and couldnt sleep.. I think it was nerves. But I had my water broken early the next morning, after walking the hospital for 5 hours I had to have an epidural, (couldnt stand the pain anymore) then they gave me some pitocin to speed things up and 4 hours later I had my baby boy. It is really nothing to be scared or nervous about, just think about it this way, at least you know your going to go into labor and you are going to be in the hospital already when it happens and that within the day you will have your baby. I also was induced , theres no reason for you to be scared. It just like going into labor, it's just sped up alot. That in my mind is something to be grateful for. I had my water broke at 8:30am and had my little boy by 4:30pm , piece of cake. Just keep thinking of the reward. Good Luck
